A refund of your purchased ticket is available up to 7 days prior to the date of the workshop, otherwise a credit will be available for you to use to attend another workshop at a different date.
Unfortunately we can't offer Refunds at this stage, but we do offer exchanges for a different product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com
Upon receiving the item, we will then check the item is in it's original unused condition and original packaging. Once the product has been approved for exchange, we will then send your new item to you as soon as possible.
Shipping for Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Replacements (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you have received an item that is damaged or not the item that you ordered, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product you received. Upon receipt of the photo we will then send your new item to you as soon as possible. There is no need to return the damaged or defective item.
